「いにしえ」の世界観を、デジタルな体験へと繋ぐ。
食べるほど、飲むほど、地球が少し豊かになる暮らし。
農薬や肥料に頼らず、自然の力を生かし、あらゆる生きものと共存をめざす「生態適合農業」から届く、ワインや発酵食品、穀物を生産・販売されています。山形県東根市にある自社農園のぶどう畑は、多様な草花と生きものが調和する場所。
その豊かな自然の中で育まれたぶどうは、自然な風味を最大限に湛えています。
それは、「いにしえ」のすべての商品に通ずる想いとこだわりでもあります。
本プロジェクトでは、Webサイトのディレクションからデザイン、そして構築の進行管理まで、一貫して担当させていただきました。
そこにあるのは「生命の循環と、飾らない美しさ」。商品一つひとつに宿る物語が、ひとつのブランドとして響き合うよう、デザインと機能の両面から制作しました。

Bridging the world of “Inishi-e” with a seamless digital experience.
A lifestyle where the more we consume, the richer the Earth becomes.
They produce and sell wine, fermented foods, and grains cultivated through “Ecological Agriculture”—a method that coexists with all living things by harnessing the power of nature, without relying on pesticides or fertilisers.
Their estate vineyards in Higashine City, Yamagata Prefecture, are a place where diverse flora and fauna live in harmony.
The grapes nurtured within this abundant ecosystem fully embody the natural flavours unique to the land.
This essence reflects the philosophy and dedication found in every single “Inishie” product. For this project, I was responsible for the entire process, including web direction, design, and construction management. At its heart is the “circularity of life and unadorned beauty.”
I crafted this experience through both design and functionality, ensuring that the individual stories dwelling within each product resonate together as a single, cohesive brand.
