Mr. Takemura, a pastry chef who studied in France and worked in numerous hotel pastry departments, has served as the head of confectionery for various guests both domestically and internationally, including Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress of Japan, the King of the Netherlands, and the Chinese Consul General. His current style values conversations with customers, a path he arrived at after expressing gratitude for the blessings of nature throughout the seasons and meticulously crafting elegant and classic luxury sweets with care. This luxury and adult-like atmosphere is visually represented in his creations.
