山形県東根市に広がる約4haの土地で自然栽培によるぶどう栽培を行い、そのぶどうを使用したナチュラルワイン「IKKA WINES」を手掛けています。動物、虫、微生物、植物が共生する生態系を尊重し、自然と調和した農業を追求しています。農薬や肥料に一切頼らない栽培方法を採用し、自然の力を最大限に活かしたワイン造りを目指しています。果樹園の環境や日本の四季などをモチーフにラベルをデザインしています。

IKKA WINES cultivate grapes using natural farming methods on approximately 4 hectares of land in Higashine City, Yamagata Prefecture, and produces natural wine.
Their approach respects the rich ecosystem where animals, insects, microorganisms, and plants coexist, and we pursue agriculture in harmony with nature. By refraining entirely from the use of pesticides and fertilizers, they aim to craft wine that fully embraces the power of nature.

Inspired by the orchard environment and the Japanese four seasons, I incorporate them into the design of our wine labels.
